SB Socialhouse is a private venue built for the gatherings that matter most. Bring your own vision, or let us dress the room with tables, chairs and décor designed around your celebration.

Every rental includes time to set up, decorate, host your event and clean up, so the hours you book are yours from start to finish.

The venue closes at 12:00 midnight. Setup, your event and cleanup must all finish by then.
Must fall within your access window. No event can start after 10:00 PM.

Before you book

Booking terms & policies

To keep every event smooth and enjoyable, please review these terms before reserving SB Socialhouse.

Reservations & payments
  • All bookings are confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the rental fee.
  • The remaining balance is paid before the event date.
  • Applicable taxes are added to all rental fees and services.
  • Your booking is secured only once payment is received.
Booking hours
  • Rental time includes setup, decorating, event time and cleanup.
  • Additional hours are subject to availability and charged accordingly.
  • Guests must vacate the premises at the agreed booking end time.
  • All bookings, including cleanup, must end by 12:00 midnight. A full day is 8 hours.
  • No event can start after 10:00 PM.
Cancellation & rescheduling
  • Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in your cancellation terms.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Cleaning & damages
  • A $100 cleaning fee applies to every booking.
  • Renters are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture or equipment during their booking.
  • The space must be left in reasonable condition after use.
Decorations & equipment
  • Decorations, tables and chairs can be arranged at an additional cost.
  • Pricing depends on the selected design and setup.
  • All additional services are subject to availability.
Capacity & conduct
  • The venue accommodates a maximum of 50 guests.
  • Renters ensure guests respect the space and its facilities.
  • No unauthorized alterations or damage to the property are permitted.
